Select property addresses using the map picker
Set property locations for your rental properties

Purpose: Location data is used solely for accurately marking property addresses on the map and is not shared with third parties.

We access your device's camera and photo gallery when you:

Upload property images
Upload tenant profile photos
Upload identity documents for verification

Purpose: Photos are used for property documentation and tenant record-keeping only.

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

No Backup of Sensitive Data: Your personal data is NOT backed up to Google Drive without encryption

5.1 Access and Update

You can access and update your personal information anytime through the App's profile settings.

5.2 Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data:

Property Data: Delete properties and associated data through the App
Tenant Data: Delete tenant records through the App
Photos & Documents: Delete uploaded files through the App
Account Deletion: Request complete account deletion via app settings or email

5.3 Data Portability

You can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format by contacting us.

5.4 Opt-Out Rights

Analytics: You cannot completely opt-out of essential analytics, but we only collect minimal data
Notifications: You can disable notifications in your device settings
Location: You can deny location permission, but property address features will be limited

5.5 Request Processing

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Financial records may be retained longer for legal compliance (typically 7 years as per Indian tax laws).

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active
Inactive Accounts: After 2 years of inactivity, we may delete non-essential data
Financial Records: Retained for 7 years for legal/tax compliance (India)
Deleted Data: Permanently deleted within 90 days after deletion request
Backup Copies: May persist in secure backups for up to 90 days

8. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on Firebase servers which may be located in various countries. Firebase complies with international data protection standards including GDPR. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our App does not use cookies. However, we use:

Firebase Analytics: For usage statistics (anonymized)
Crashlytics: For crash reporting
Performance Monitoring: For app performance optimization

These technologies help us improve the App but do not track you across other apps or websites.
